The deliverable is a Word document saved to the deal's WIP Collaboration Folder containing the Coverage Map, Submission Checklist, recommended ToC, Page Budget Table, and the full Content Strategy Brief. Nothing in Phase 3 should be drafted without an approved output from this skill.
