RFP Response - Extraction

The RFP Response - Extraction skill reads an incoming RFP document — including multi-document packages with addenda, statements of work, and Q&A attachments — and extracts every actionable item into a structured SharePoint List.

This is the first step in the RFP Response flow. Its output feeds directly into the Content Finder skill, which searches the firm's content libraries for matching material against each tracker row.
