Project Intelligence - Timeline Dashboard

Timeline Dashboard is the final stage of the Project Intelligence Engine. It reads the fully analyzed Change Events list and the site context file and generates a single self-contained HTML file — no external CSS, fonts, or scripts — that a delivery director or steering committee can open in any browser and understand in under five minutes.

The dashboard leads with a KPI bar and a planned-vs-actual contrast panel, then presents the root cause, the causal chain, a vertical signal-trail timeline, the early-warnings-missed table, a governance summary, and a forward-looking recommendation card.
